We want to invite you to try any of our products and form your own opinion. Buy it, wear it, test it, and decide for yourself. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee so you risk nothing but the time to test it. Please read our guarantee below, see if any of our competitors will offer you the same. They will if they believe in their product the way we do in ours.

APPAREL

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

De Soto Sport offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on anything you buy from our website. If one of our products does not perform to your expectations within 30 days of the purchase date, return it for a replacement, or a refund. Anything you buy from one of our authorized retailers is guaranteed through the retailer. All exchanges and refunds must be done through the retailer. Their policy may be different so please ask before purchasing.

Product Warranty

All De Soto Sport products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. If damage occurs due to extended wear, an accident, improper care or negligence on the part of the owner, we will repair the product for a charge that we deem to be reasonable.

Silk screening, or heat transferring on, any garment made of highly technical synthetic fibers will ruin, or shorten the life of the garment. Our warranty becomes null and void on ANY garment that is silk screened, heat transferred, embroidered, or otherwise altered before or after purchase. Exposing a garment to any source of heat, gas, or any liquid above 90º F (32º C) is also not covered by our warranty.

Products no longer under warranty include, but are not limited to those with the rubber DSS oval logo, those with no logo, those with any upside down logo, as well as garments from 2006 and older.

Due to the inevitable likelihood of imitation and counterfeit products on the worldwide market, we no longer warranty any products that you buy from any unauthorized dealer. It is a California requirement that products be clean before we accept them for return or repair. Cleaning charges will be assessed prior to repairing a dirty product. A proof of purchase receipt is now required for warranty work. This receipt must include the date of purchase, the store name, and the description of the product. We do not accept hand written receipts. If you bought the product from us, your order number or invoice number is sufficient proof of purchase. If you need to return, repair or exchange something, please email returns@desotosport.com. Please include your name, order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service staff will then issue you an RMA number which is necessary for your return to be accepted. We will respond to your request within 24 business hours, unless it is a holiday.

t1 WETSUITS

T1 Wetsuits 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

De Soto Sport offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our wetsuits. We invite you to buy a T1 Wetsuit, swim in it, and see for yourself that it is the best swimming wetsuit in the world. If you are not satisfied with one of our wetsuits at the time you receive it, or if it does not perform to your satisfaction within the first 15 days of the purchase date, exchange it, or return it for a complete refund. Any T1 Wetsuit you buy from one of our authorized retailers is guaranteed through the retailer and all exchanges and refunds must be done through the retailer. Their policy may be different so please ask before purchasing. This guarantee does not apply to other De Soto Sport products.

T1 Wetsuits Warranty

All T1 Wetsuits are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. If a T1 wetsuit fails due to manufacturing defects and it is repairable, we will repair it for free of charge. The ability to repair it and the extent of the repair is to be determined solely at our discretion. You must submit proof of purchase or a copy the sales receipt prior to repair. You are responsible for the cost of getting the wetsuit to us and for sending it back to you. This warranty becomes null and void on any T1 Wetsuit that is silk screened, heat transferred, embroidered, cut, or otherwise altered, before or after purchase. If you need to return, repair or exchange something, please email returns@desotosport.com. Please include your name, order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service staff will then issue you an RMA number which is necessary for your return to be accepted. We will respond to your request within 24 business hours, unless it is a holiday. Please return the wetsuit, cleaned and completely dry.
