The Mobius Tri Short is compressive without excess tightness. We have taken the pattern of the Forza Trishort with 4 pockets, put in a fleece (minimalist) pad, then replaced the Forza Fabric with Mobius™ Comfort Compression fabric. The result is a high performance compression tri short that is comfortable, not tight.

    Great comfort, value, & looks on these too!

    Comfort on the bike while no impairment on the run. Pockets held gels but never felt them there. Full flexibility during entire race. Size true to fit.

    As usual, no complaints.

    Best shorts ever made. Period. End of story. Yes, pricey - and this case you get more than what you paid for. Perfect fit (M). Wore them on a hundred mile ride and was comfortable all day.

    Smooth as butter...

    If you really study the model descriptions, this Tri bottom's design is to give you the silky smooth and light comfort and easy on the compression. But Desoto won't give you cheesy fabric just to get it silky soft. Plus the pad is dream for easy to medium bike days. Mobius throws in comfort and pleasure. EXACTLY what I wanted. Now I'm gonna ad some more compression to my game and getting me a Forza and a Riviera. I got it all covered! Side note...this stuff LASTS. If you don't crash. Lol Ask about crash replacement policy. THANKS EMILIO

    MOBIUS TRI SHORT 4-POCKET

    De Soto has been a superior product line for well over 20 yrs and I wore their clothing in my first Hawaii Ironman World Championship in 2003. These shorts are so comfortable and well made. I am using them as my workout shorts for the gym. Excellent!

    Decades of Forza Devotion - Converted to Mobius

    Fantastic product. I have loved the Forza cut since it was first available. And for long course and 70.3 training and racing that pad is the bomb. Also love that Forza for long swim races; feels so fast. But for daily runs I don't need all that Forza compression or pad and, voila, DeSoto has come up with the Mobius. Perfect but, bit more forgiving fabric, brilliant product. Just bought my 2nd pair in two weeks to have a rotation, as I do with the Forza for cycling.

    MOBIUS TRI SHORT 4-POCKET

    I like the fabric, the pad, perfect leg length. The waist is maybe cut a little low, but the shorts are comfortable and look good!

    Best Tri Shorts around!

    I’ve been wearing these shorts since they came out, quite a few years ago. Definitely a great value. Tried other, more expensive shorts, and they didn’t hold up. As long as they make these shorts, I’ll keep buying them.

    MOBIUS TRI SHORT 4-POCKET

    I've had many Mobius Tri Shorts over the years. Get the ones with the pockets. You will need them; you will use them. If you wear them out sooner than you like consider yourself a success. Great shorts.

    Just a question

    I have owned various De Soto items like the Forza Tri Shorts and Skin cooler long sleeve and they are great. But I am not sure if the Mobius 4 pocket shorts are intended to be used also for swimming part of a long distance tri. Just bought it but have not used it yet.

    Best Tri Shorts on the market

    I’ve been wearing these shorts for years, and in my opinion, they are the best tri shorts for the money. I’ve used different shorts from other brands, but I always come back to the Mobius shorts. Be sure to get the 4-pocket shorts, plenty of room to carry phone, gels, etc. without bouncing around.
