The location of where the Arm Cooler length should be measured depends on where you want it to sit but most people like it somewhere on or just above the “ball” that constitutes your bicep when your lift up your elbow so the upper arm is parallel to the ground.  Most important is that you consider how long the sleeve is on the top(s) you plan on wearing. Please see attached photos.

Also, 98% of people who order tend to fit into the same size Arm Coolers as they would any of our tops.  In order to determine that size, just send me the following:
HEIGHT
WEIGHT
CHEST (measured as the largest part of circumference right over the pectoral muscle)
WAIST (circumference measured at the belly-button line - this is NOT the same as your pants waist size)
HIPS (circumference measured at the widest point, NOT at your hips where your belt may go. typically this will measure just a few inches below your hips bones and around the largest part of the glutes)
With these we use an algorithm to create what sort of body type you have in order to determine what size you would be in all our products.

The warmest arm warmers on the market! Made of Polartec® Powerstretch™. This material is very breathable and offers warmth without much weight. It is wind and abrasion-resistant, and is machine washable without pilling. Your arms take a big part of the wind and cold on morning winter rides. Combine these with our new Windvest and you will conserve a lot of energy trying to stay warm!

What makes our fleece lighter but warmer than others? Pretty simple really, we got our idea from the birds. Their feather down keeps them warm. Down feathers are hollow so not only are they light, but they trap warm air. We use this same principal in our fleece. The fibers we use in our fleece are hollow so you stay warmer than other fleece!

INSTRUCTIONS:  It is best to put the entire sleeve unto your wrist, then slowly “push" the sleeve up rather than pulling it up, then once above the elbow, gently pull up to the bicep. When removing it, “push” then sleeve down using the thumb and fingers around the bicep opening.

    Fleece Arm Sleeves

    Like everything that comes from De Soto, these are a great product. They’re well-made and are perfect for outdoor runs here in the cold New England weather.

    Fleece Sleeves

    Originally I ordered a set of small, they arrived with some defects. I contacted De Soto and let them know. They sent me a new pair immediately and the next size up! They have wonderful customer service! The sleeves have been keeping me warm during cold motorcycle mornings in the 30’s. Highly recommend them!

    Great Product

    I live in the NorthEast and I hunt in January. Most cold weather gear has a silky liner in the sleeves. My arms get cold in these lined coats. I was looking for this type of sleeve and it does the job very well. I had one rip and the company sent me a new one…. They stand behind their product. I am so happy with them I bought a second pair..

    Review of Fleece Sleeves

    These fit well and keep my arms warm. I use them for many activities in addition to biking and running. While on the move it is easier than a jacket to take these off and stow them.

    Excellent Addition to Your Cold Weather Training Gear

    I purchased these sleeves when preparing for a recent half-marathon. During the week leading to race day the temps dropped 20 degrees, making it necessary to make changes to my race day gear at the last minute (stressful for any racer to face). I combined these fleece sleeves with the Carerra Tri Tank and the combination proved to be successful on many levels. They stayed in place (without any uncomfortable rubbing), kept me warm in 20 degree temps, and wicked the moisture away keeping me comfortable for the duration of the race. These are by far the best sleeves I've owned and I am not sure why it took me so long to make the purchase!!
