Fits true to size. Perfect the most feature packed top. I use it as a mid layer. Thumbs loops, window for heart rate monitor that if you put the monitor on the outside on colder day the optics can be easily read if you line them up with the opening. Awesome with moisture wicking. Holds it shape after multiple washes. Easy to vent with long zipper. Two rear pockets. DeSoto suggests using them for heat packs haven’t tried that yet but sounds good. Use it for racing, training and as a mid layer user a hoody for casual wear on colder days. Wore it multiple days without washing when on vacation still wicked away the moisture.
Great training, racing and casual wear piece of clothing. Fits smug but not tight. 1/2 zip provides more ventilation than traditional 1/4 length. Thumb loops. Won’t buy a shirt without them. Window for heart rate monitor is awesome. Pocket in the rear secures keys or whatever you want. Highly recommend.
The form, fit and fabric of this running thermal is great. My only issue is with the zipper dongle - it rattles some when I run is slightly annoying. But for that I really like this jersey and highly recommend it.
It ticks all of the boxes, warmth, function,(strategic opening for your gps watch) thumb loops, and it looks cool...
It's perfect! It keeps me warm when I bike and run. I love the pocket in the back for phone and keys. Love the watch slit!
This is the best winter sports top I have ever owned. It will be great for winter running. The watch window on this is wonderful. I can use my wrist based heart rate monitor and check my time while running. Most tops I’ve found with this rare feature are not as warm enough. I love the warmth of the fabric. I was perplexed by the description that this works for “many women.” It did not sound reassuring for me and it almost prevented me from ordering. I am just under 5’4 and 115 lbs but the small fit fine. I would love to see this top in different colors.

Very warm, still breathable and great for 6 months out of the year. Even better for the other 6!
Canadian here who does a lot of Nordic skiing, alpine skiing, snowshoeing and winter running. I needed something warm but not too warm when doing higher intensity workouts. This thermal top is fantastic for all of these sports. For Nordic skiing and running, it’s perfect on its own and plenty warm. For alpine skiing, it works as a great base layer underneath my ski jacket. Totally versatile! I’ve had other base layer products but nothing near as good as this. I’m 5’8” and about 150lbs and 30” waist and the medium is a perfect fit. Very comfortable and form fitting and keeps me dry when in the snowy conditions. I’m so happy with this purchase. The thumb hole and watch slit are great features. Another high quality product by De Soto!!
This is my second top in 3 years. First one is still like new. The sale was too good to pass on another one. I find this top to be very warm... it’s my go to for running in 20 degree weather or below. It’s too warm above that. I also wear it Nordic skiing and fat bike as mid layer. I am 6’ and 160 with 30 waist and 40 chest.... medium fits perfect.

Bravo! This top is second to none as a base layer for running. Soft and comfortable. Recent runs in temp near freezing I used this as a base layer under mid weight fleece. It is perfect. At first I thought it was too small. I am 5’5” and 142. Size small is spot on. The watch window is a great feature too. Perfect top for cooler weather running.
Perfect for cold weather running by itself or as part of layer system. Equivalent to Military's - Level 2 - ECWCS III. I’m a fan of the thumb loops. Sleeves are long enough and thumb loops large enough. I always train and raise with a heart rate monitor. With them being wrist based these days the opening is awesome so you can easily see data. Used it by itself for a 10K race and stayed warm/dry.
With winter here and limited amount of time to workout I have to get out there whenever I have time and regardless of the temperatures. This top gets the job done and will make you feel comfortable and warm. It is a fine product that you must have!
I purchased 2 of these, one for me & one for my spouse. I wore mine at a 13.1 a few weeks ago..comfortable, loved it. We have since worn them on our cold longer runs. The "watch window" is a great idea, plus the multiple rear pockets are useful for gels or a cell phone.

Nice top. I bought it to be able to use my wrist based HR monitor and GPS at the same time with the slit in the arm to support this. I have had a hard time keeping the slit open for GPS while running.
