When, do you need extra padding on the seat of your shorts? When you are on the bike, of course...and then only when you are seated, right? This Saddle Pad is the perfect solution!

Features:

  • Each pad is hand-cut, bonded, and blind-stitched in our shop here in San Diego.  
  • It is made of GreenGoma™ 5mm wetsuit rubber.
  • The pad stretches over the saddle with some simple instructions. 
  • This pad essentially adds 10mm of width and alleviates the pressure, especially on long rides. 
  • OpenNose design. The nose is open in front.  Yes, there is a hole. This feature offers more variability to fit different size saddles while still covering the nose.  You will find a higher level of comfort when sitting on the ischial tuberosity (sits bones).  Also, when riding the nose elbows on your aero bars, hips rotated forward, with your weight on the inguinal region (the soft tissue that receives pressure from the split nose).

      Another excellent product

      I wasn’t sure about this cover, but after a hundred miles my seat is twice as comfortable as it was was without it. and with my scrawny old tush, this is huge - I LOVE it!

      A must have now that trainer season is here.

      I’m so glad I tried this saddle pad. I don’t have any issues with my seat on the road, but anything over 30 minutes on the trainer and it got rough. This seat pad is an excellent solution. It fits my pro saddle perfectly and has made all the difference in the world. Way to go Emilio and team. You’ve saved my ass, literally.

      SP3 Saddle Seat Pad 3

      I just completed a 5hr indoor training ride with the SP3 Saddle Seat Pad 3. I have to say I'm thrilled with this seat pad! The best $48 I've ever spent on a product that truly made a difference in comfort. I will never do another ride without this cover on my saddle. Many kudos to De Soto!!
